We maintain prices for as long as possible regardless of exchange rate fluctuations. However on rare occasions it may be necessary to increase prices during the course of a sales transaction, particularly where an order is placed outside our normal trading hours. In this situation we will advise you of any price difference and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund of any monies paid.
Unless our price confirmation, acknowledgement of your order/request for payment or proforma invoice confirms that the product is in stock, the product you order will be specially assembled to suit the specification details of the motorcycle model you specify. In this case, for the avoidance of doubt the goods will be deemed to have been made to the consumer’s specification and your order will not qualify for cancellation as indicated in Clause 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We expect to be able to deliver product to you within 14 days of order, subject to manufacturer’s product availability and third party carriers. In the event that a longer delivery time is anticipated we will inform you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund.
In the unlikely event that products or any of their components become unavailable or have an indefinite delivery time we will automatically cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Please refer to the section on installation before deciding whether to install the kit yourself or have it professionally installed. We can provide an advance copy of the installation instructions upon request to assist with your decision. Cruise control kits are assembled to order and we do not accept returns if you change your mind after goods have been dispatched.
